Requirements
Work Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Instructional Design, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
- Proven experience as a Curriculum Owner or similar role, preferably on a global scale.
- Strong knowledge of instructional design principles and adult learning theories.
- Excellent project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
- Proficiency in learning management systems and e-learning authoring tools.
- Familiarity with the Energy industry is a plus.
