Job Description :
- Collaborate with the production team to plan, execute, and deliver live streaming events of the highest quality
Set up and test all video and audio equipment, including cameras, microphones, and switchers are in working order before the live stream to ensure everything is in proper working order.- Monitor the live stream during the event, troubleshoot and quickly resolve any technical issues that may arise
Ensure the live stream adheres to technical standards and guideline
- Monitor the audience engagement and feedback and respond as necessary
Continuously improve technical processes and equipment- Conduct review sessions with the livestreaming and digital commerce
Review and analyse previous livestream promotional packages
- Work closely with the livestreamers to ensure livestreaming scripts and concepts are of top quality for each livestreaming sessions
Assist in product assortment strategies for each livestreams, and support in TikTok Shop and Shopee media buying during the livestream sessions- Working closely with ecommerce managers / directors to prepare for ecommerce campaign days such as Payday, Double Digit days
Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and developments in live streaming technology and make recommendations for future Improvements.
Qualification:
- Proven experience as a live stream producer or in a similar technical role
Strong knowledge of video and audio production techniques, including camera operation, audio mixing, and video switching- Proven experience in project management and handling multiple stakeholders
Experience in liaising with China media team is a plus point
- Experience with troubleshooting and resolving technical issues under pressure
Strong organizational and time-management skills- Strong written and verbal communication skills in Chinese, English & Malay
Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
- A bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred
