Job Description

  • The major role of the coordinator will be to motivate and counsel the volunteers towards EFE trades Like:(Beauty, Electrical)
  • Represent Organization overview in presentations to educators and community groups
  • Assist in producing program materials
  • Support diversity and reflect Organization goal through promoting related environment
  • Capacity for field monitoring at least 15-20 days a month
  • Able for drive by self with own vehicle
  • Willingness to travel within India according to requirement
  • Provide quality service and promptly correspond with assigned task to enhance organizational position and reputation
  • Maintaining a healthy relationship with the team
  • Responsible for providing training as per project requirement
  • Consult with central persons on curriculum design, resources and speakers concerning Organization content and pedagogy
  • Works with and maintains data management and filing for project/program
Requirements
  • Bachelors degree from any streams
  • Able to write/read and speak in Odia/Hindi/English
  • Ability to translate language like English-Odia-Hindi
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to solve complex problems
  • Phenomenal time management skills
  • Ability to meet deadlines
  • Proficiency in computer knowledge (Basically MS Office)
  • Ability to handle confidential information
  • Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills
