Job Description:
Total work experience of 5-6+ year's experience in US Mortgage origination and servicing domain
Excellent analytical skills, decision making and communication skills
Working knowledge of US Mortgage - Underwriting, Post Close, Income calculations (self-employed, Wage Earner, SSI, Rental, Pension/Retirement, Annuity incomes) and CFPB, FHA, FNMA & other regulatory/state specific requirements.
Responsible for meeting client SLA's
Understanding of mortgage lending principles and products
Ability to absorb, retain, and apply large amounts of procedural information quickly
Ability to effectively plan, organize and prioritize work independently and to also contribute to the overall success of the team
at personal and professional level
Good comprehension English written & verbal communication skills
Flexible with Shift timings
