About Project:

This project aims to revolutionize healthcare data management by developing advanced data pipelines and integration solutions. The goal is to enhance the efficiency and accuracy of healthcare data ingestion, monitoring, and reporting. The project encompasses multiple tracks of work, including Release Management, DevOps, Data Solutions, FHIR (Fast Healthcare Interoperability Resources), and Platform development.

Responsibilities:

• Provide on-call live-site support/DRI during local shift.
• Acknowledge and mitigate incoming IcMs within defined SLAs.
• Investigate incidents for root cause and track through repair items (bugs) in ADO.
• Prepare TSGs (Troubleshooting Guides) for repeat issues.
• Prepare fixes and test them in collaboration with respective solution owners, checking in proper release branches, and merging fixes in master.

Required Qualifications:

• Power Platform: Proficiency in using Microsoft Power Platform for data integration and management.
• Incident Management: Strong understanding of incident management and troubleshooting.
• Programming Languages: Proficiency in relevant programming languages such as Python, PowerShell, etc.
• Monitoring Tools: Experience with monitoring tools and enhancing dashboards and workflows.
• Cloud Platforms: Familiarity with cloud platforms, especially Microsoft Azure.
• Version Control: Proficiency with version control systems like Git.
• ADO (Azure DevOps): Experience with Azure DevOps for tracking and managing repair items.
