Job Description: We are seeking a dedicated Live Site Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing on-call live site support, acknowledging and mitigating incoming incidents, and ensuring the stability and reliability of our services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide on-call live site support and act as the Designated Responsible Individual (DRI) during local shifts.
- Acknowledge and mitigate incoming Incident and Change Management (IcM) tickets within defined Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
- Investigate incidents to determine root causes and track them through repair items (bugs) in Azure DevOps (ADO).
- Prepare Troubleshooting Guides (TSGs) for recurring issues.
- Collaborate with solution owners to prepare and test fixes, ensuring proper check-in to release branches and merging fixes into the master branch.
Qualifications:
- Experience in live site support and incident management.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
- Proficiency in using Azure DevOps (ADO) for tracking and managing bugs.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to prepare clear and concise Troubleshooting Guides (TSGs).
