EA Mobile is seeking a highly motivated Campaign Coordinator to join our Slingshot Studio Team. The Campaign Coordinator will partner cross-functionally with game designers, marketing, QA, and product managers to plan, implement, and track our dynamic player messaging and in-game store offers across multiple titles. From helping players discover their favorite new game mode just as they re getting bored to offering up a hot deal perfectly tailored to their play style, the Campaign Coordinator ensures that we deliver the most relevant, fun, useful, timely, and appealing information and content to players wherever they are in their lifecycle.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Player Acquisition Campaigns :
- Collaborate with marketing teams to gather campaign calendars and promotional material for all our acquisition platforms.
- Work with global teams on localization, submission, and tracking for each campaign.
- Coordinate with marketing and central teams to run A/B tests on App Stores - execute, track, and report results
- Main a multi-product, multi-channel campaign calendar and own the execution of placement, targeting, timing, and governance for all campaigns.
- Use EA s lifecycle management tools to implement, track, and analyze in-game promotions.
- Work with product teams on Sales SKUs and collaborate with central teams on SKU creation, content catalogs, and mitigate any risks in the setup process.
- Support with localization requests for in-game promotional campaigns.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Ability to take ownership of multiple tasks and prioritize efficiently for an array of stakeholders across game teams, meeting tight deadlines and complex requirements.
- Good written and oral communication skills, able to communicate both creative and technical feedback.
- Strong sense of project campaign management to mitigate risks and potential areas of concern proactively.
- Precise attention to detail with a strong work ethic and commitment to ensuring a great player experience
- Proven ability to partner with cross-functional disciplines and influence effectively
- Enjoys working in a fast paced, constantly iterating environment
- Passion of gaming or experience working on mobile games is a plus
- Graduate (any degree, preferably in Marketing, Communications, Business and/or related field and experience)
- Good understanding of, and interest in, the mobile games space as well as the wider online environment
- Experience working in end-to-end project or program management (planning and execution)
