Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Litigation Associate at Emerge Legal in Ludhiana & Chandigarh. The Litigation Associate will be responsible for handling motions, conducting research, preparing for depositions, representing clients in courts, and managing various legal proceedings related to contract disputes and other legal matters.

Qualifications

• Legal research, motions, and court representation skills
• Experience in conducting depositions
• Knowledge of contract law and litigation processes
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team and independently
• Bachelor's degree in Law or related field
• Representation before Judicial Authorities.
