Job Title: Litigation Associate
Office Location: Fort, Mumbai
Salary: Rs. 25,000/- PM.
Chamber of Advocate Mohammed Asim is looking for a driven, hardworking, motivated, efficient and sincere candidate for the post of Litigation Associate.
Requirements:
1. 3 Years or more of Litigation Experience.
2. Well versed in drafting Writ Petitions, Criminal Applications, Securitisation Applications, Suits, Affidavits, Notices, Replies etc.
3. Confident in appearing before High Court, Sessions Court, Magistrate Courts, Debt Recovery Tribunals, Civil Courts, Charity Commissioner, etc.
4. Experienced in Official Court work like case filing, liasoning with clerks etc.
5. Experienced in maintaining office records, briefs, keeping track of court cases etc.
Note: The candidate will have the freedom to take up their own cases as long as the office work does not get affected.
