Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Litigation Associate/ Arguing Lawyers located in Pune. The Litigation Associate will be responsible for day-to-day tasks including conducting legal research, drafting motions, preparing for depositions, and representing clients in courts, cross examination and final arguments, including interlocutory applications. The role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

DRAFTING AND ARGUMENTS ENGLISH AND IN MARATHI IS MUST.

EXPERIENCE :- 5 YEARS AND ABOVE

REMUNARATION :- BASE SALARY RS.20,000/- PLUS INCENTIVES , PLUS PERFORMANCE PERKS

Qualifications

• Law and Litigation skills
• Experience in conducting legal research and drafting motions
• NEED TO CONDUCT COURT CASES INDEPENDENTLY
• Ability to prepare for depositions and represent clients in courts
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• UNDERSTANDING OF CIVIL LAWS, COMMERCIAL LAWS, ARBITRATION LAWS
• Strong verbal and written communication skills:- ENGLISH AND MARATHI
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team
• Experience in the specific areas of law practiced by the firm is a plus; E.G. CIVIL, REVENUE, DRT
• Bachelor's degree in Law
