Screening Criteria

1. 15+ years of experience in plant operations and manufacturing management.
2. Strong expertise in HMC machine shop management (4+ years), Production, quality assurance, IATF/ISO audits, and customer complaint resolution.
3. Experience in new product development, cost-saving initiatives, and business growth strategies.

Job Overview / Key Responsibilities

• Direct and coordinate daily plant operations, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Oversee machining shop operations, equipment performance, and production schedules.
• Implement process improvements to enhance productivity and efficiency.
• Monitor OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness) and cost-saving measures.
• Handle customer complaints and ensure quality assurance.
• Ensure compliance with IATF 16949-2015, ISO audits, and system adherence.
• Conduct internal audits and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Screen, interview, and onboard new hires while providing training and career development.
• Foster a high-performance work culture and employee engagement.
• Implement Kaizen, 5S, and employee safety initiatives.
• Oversee customer satisfaction (C-SAT) scores, delivery plans, and order fulfillment.
• Drive new product development and align plant activities with company growth strategies.
• Analyze cost variations and manage financial performance.
