This role is crucial for maintaining and enhancing our customer IT infrastructure, ensuring optimal system performance and reliability. The ideal candidate will be proficient in a variety of technologies, including Linux, public cloud environments, virtualization with VMware, and advanced storage solutions. This position requires a proactive approach, readiness to handle new technologies, and the ability to provide both L2 and L3 support to our customers and internal teams.
