1. Strong C coding skills

2. Very strong in Linux kernel and Drivers

3. Must have Linux Drivers porting experience.

4. Good to know Android porting but not compulsory

5. Very good in Debugging and bug fixing

6. Good to have any one of the subsystems like Wifi/Multimedia (Audio/Video/Display),BSP.
