JobDescription: We're seeking a LinkedIn Recruiter with a strong background in finance to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in recruitment or human resources, with a deep understanding of linkedin recruiter and Sales force. You'll be responsible for sourcing, engaging, and hiring top finance talent, ensuring that our clients find the best candidates for their needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top finance talent.
- Build and maintain relationships with finance professionals.
- Screen resumes, and input details on Sales force software.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in finance recruitment.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in recruitment or human resources, with a focus on finance.
- Strong knowledge of LinkedIn and other recruitment tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
- ability to work in night shift
