Role: LinkedIn Lead Generation Expert

Working Location: Saket - South Delhi

Job Summary:

We are seeking a talented and motivated LinkedIn Lead Generation Expert to develop and execute effective strategies for generating high-quality leads through LinkedIn. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of LinkedIn's platform, including Sales Navigator, and be adept at content creation, community engagement, and strategic posting.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead Generation:

  • Utilize LinkedIn Sales Navigator to identify and engage with potential leads.
  • Develop and implement lead generation strategies to attract and convert high-quality prospects.
  • Track, analyze, and report on key performance metrics related to lead generation efforts.

Content Creation:

  • Create compelling and relevant content for LinkedIn posts, articles, and updates.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure content aligns with overall marketing strategy and brand voice.
  • Regularly publish articles and posts to establish thought leadership and engage with the target audience.

Engagement and Community Building:

  • Actively engage with followers, respond to comments, and foster meaningful conversations.
  • Build and nurture relationships with potential leads, industry influencers, and relevant communities.
  • Monitor LinkedIn groups and participate in discussions to enhance brand visibility and authority.

Strategy and Optimization:

  • Stay updated with the latest LinkedIn features, trends, and best practices.
  • Continuously optimize LinkedIn profiles and company pages to maximize visibility and engagement.
  • Develop and execute targeted LinkedIn campaigns to support marketing and sales objectives.

Collaboration and Reporting:

  • Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align lead generation efforts with broader business goals.
  • Prepare regular reports on lead generation activities, performance, and insights.
  • Provide recommendations for improving lead generation strategies based on data and analytics.
