Job Description

Job Responsibilities

  • Ensuring inspection of the assembled vehicle as per Inspection Standards
  • Resolution of Defects using Problem solving tools
  • Man power management and Multi tasking.
  • Kaizen activities for safety,Productivity,Quality.
  • Maintaining excellent level of 5S at work area.
  • Operator Training as per Work Instruction Sheet.
  • Ensuring PPE adherence and safety audits.
  • Handling voice of customer and resolution of problem at earliest.

Competencies / Skills

  • Hand on Experience of MS Excel and power point.
  • Experience of quality abnormality Handling
  • Experience of Vehicle Inspection & Manufacturing Process of 4 Wheeler Industry
  • Hand on Experience of Implementing 5S.
  • ISO 9001-2015 System & procedure Knowledge
  • Man power handling, Operator concern resolution
