Job Description

Role: Line Manager
  • Location: Chennai
  • Job Description We looking for a B2B Sales Line Managers to join our team.
  • Responsibilities:
Perform duties in alignment with the company's Mission, Values.
  • Prospect and qualify potential clients, leads and referrals, identifying decision makers and delivering the City-Wide value proposition.
Utilize and manage customer relationship management system to maintain all client and lead information.
  • Initiate the sales process by scheduling appointments, identify customer's needs to provide a solution and make initial presentations.
Signing on New accounts to build your base.
  • Develop and sell additional products to existing clients.
Achieve monthly sales goals and provide regular feedback to the Sales Manager on progress toward those goals.
  • Identify new leads and connecting with the client.
Facilitate communication with assigned account manager and constant communication to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Requirements:
Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience.
  • 0-2 years B2B combined inside and outside sales experience.
Proven track-record of closing short to mid-cycle B2B sales.
  • Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to facilitate one-on-one meetings or presentations.
Strong work ethic, out-going personality and competitive nature.
  • Demonstrated analytical, negotiating, problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
Ability to navigate basics of MS office suite
  • Strong sense of ambition, self-motivation and self-discipline.
Ability to work both independently and in a team setting.
  • Reliable transportation.
