Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Line Leader Production - Power Electronics. As a Line Leader, you will be responsible for day-to-day production planning, ensuring effective communication within the team, maintaining quality control standards, managing production processes, and providing training to enhance the skills of the production team. This role is located in Manesar.
Job Description
- Kit issuance from store as per Production Plan.
- Inventory management on floor.
- Line set up Requirements update to floor in charge
- Set up Production Lines as per Production plan.
- Work delegation to Workers as per skill.
- Direct Assembly Line Workers to execute the Production plan.
- Ensuring Quality of Produced Products. Co-ordinate with quality for quality inspection of the product.
- Work to Optimize Line productivity on daily basis.
- Job completion in a timely manner.
- Rejection reporting/ control online. Report reoccurring issues to Production Senior.
- Maintain 5S/ESD norms on Floor.
- Follow department procedure and Creating SOP for Production.
- Prepare Manpower planning as per production.
- New manpower Training and updating the records.
- Work for improving the tact time and hence the productivity.
- Track current performance against target performance. Update Skill matrix, gap analysis in skill matrix, identification of gaps and addressing the same.
- Evolve and introduce means & mechanism for Production Optimization
- Immediate intimation to superior authority for any breakdown or mishap.
- Manpower optimization.
- Coordinate with Different Departments for execution of assignment.
- Work Order Closure.
- Ensure that all members of the team follow company policies that healthy and safety regulations are being enforced to meet safety compliance.
