As a Lift Operator at Vortex IT Technology, you will be responsible for the safe and efficient operation of lift systems within our facilities. Your role is crucial in ensuring that all lifting operations are conducted smoothly, safely, and in compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
Operate and monitor lift systems to ensure safe and efficient performance.
- Perform routine inspections and maintenance on lift equipment to ensure optimal functionality.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to lift operations promptly to minimize downtime.- Adhere to safety protocols and operational procedures to maintain a safe working environment.
Maintain accurate records of lift operations, maintenance, and any incidents or repairs performed.
- Collaborate with maintenance teams and other departments to coordinate lift usage and scheduling.
Provide support during emergency situations, including responding to lift-related faults and malfunctions.
- Minimum Education Qualification:
ITI in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering or equivalent technical qualification.
Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience operating and maintaining lift systems.- Experience with troubleshooting and repairing lift equipment is highly desirable.
Relevant certifications related to lift operation or maintenance are a plus but not mandatory.
Strong technical knowledge of lift systems and related equipment.- Proficiency in performing routine maintenance and troubleshooting lift issues.
Excellent attention to detail and adherence to safety standards.
- Ability to work independently and effectively in a team environment.
Good communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with colleagues and other stakeholders.- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle emergency situations efficiently.
