This role will be responsible for executing lifecycle marketing campaigns, from building, testing, and deploying, to reporting for all streams including: marketing campaigns, lifecycle campaigns, re- engagement, drip and transactional emails.
Responsibilities:
- Execute lifecycle ad hoc and automated marketing communications via multiple marketing channels (email, in-app message, push, SMS) for acquisition, retention, win back, and transactional purposes
- Monitor campaigns post-deployment to validate for completion and accuracy
- Conduct A/B testing in all channels to optimize content and design for enhanced performance
- Monitor and maintain running automated campaigns for accurate and efficient functionality
- Report on campaign performance and aim to hit KPls and department goals
Qualifications:
- 3+ years experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud
- 2+ years experience using and editing HTML
- 1+ years experience using SQL and similar queries to analyze data
- Experience leveraging Salesforce Marketing Cloud Einstein Al a big plus
- Experience with Pendo or similar platforms (Braze, Swrve, etc.) a big plus Experience in setting up automated marketing communications
- Strong execution capability with high standards in a rapidly evolving business
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, communication, or other related field or equivalent
