Job Title: Counsellor/Life Coach
- Location: Presidium Schools (Multiple Locations)
Master's degree in Counseling, Clinical Psychology, or School Counseling from a recognized institution.
Minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience in schools
Preference given to candidates with expertise or training in imparting and designing life skills for students of different grades.
Provide individual and group counseling services to students, addressing academic, personal, and social issues.- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school administrators to create a supportive and inclusive school environment.
Design and implement programs to enhance students life skills, fostering personal development and resilience.
- Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify students needs and formulate appropriate intervention strategies.
Organize workshops and training sessions for students, teachers, and parents on various aspects of emotional well-being and life skills.- Maintain accurate and confidential student records, ensuring compliance with ethical and legal standards.
Stay updated on the latest counseling techniques, educational trends, and research to continuously improve services.
- Act as a resource for the school community, providing guidance on mental health, behavior management, and crisis intervention.
Work closely with the school leadership team to contribute to the development and implementation of a comprehensive counseling program.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.- Empathy and a genuine desire to help students overcome challenges.
Ability to collaborate effectively with teachers, parents, and other stakeholders.
- Knowledge of various counseling techniques and interventions.
Understanding of child and adolescent development.- Familiarity with the K-12 educational system and its challenges.

Pay: 35,- 00 - 55,000.00 per month
