seeking trainers for our projects in Mumbai and Talegaon, Pune . If you have a passion or a previous experience of teaching, a relevant education, and are proficient in the local languages. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in both social entrepreneurship and design thinking methodologies, as well as experience working with youth in an educational setting.
Foster a supportive and inclusive learning environment that encourages creativity, critical thinking, and collaboration among students.
Strong collaboration and interpersonal skills.
Strong communication and presentation skills
Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills
Expected to deliver training programs to students & teachers based on inputs, under minimum supervision.
Identify the learning gap and tweak the required training content
Mentor and coach students in their projects.
Conduct fun activities for better experience & rapport-building
Collate feedback on Training & Trainers.
