Responsibilities
- Analyze existing policies and procedures for efficiency and effectiveness
- Identify opportunities for process improvement in policy servicing operations
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company standards
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements
- Prepare comprehensive documentation using tools like MS Office
- Analyze data related to policy performance, customer demographics, and market trends
- Prepare reports and presentations to communicate insights and recommendations
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and propose corrective actions as needed
- Build and maintain relationships with internal teams and external partners
- Facilitate communication and collaboration between different stakeholders
- Assist the New Business Development Team in researching market trends and competitive landscape
- Provide analytical support in developing and evaluating new insurance products and services
- Conduct feasibility studies and prepare business cases for new initiatives
