Industry & Business Knowledge: Minimum of 8+ years of relevant experience in functional consulting

roles within the life and annuity insurance industry, with a strong focus in areas such as statutory

reporting schedules, GAAP schedules, exhibits, SOX control processes, financial consolidation processes,

advanced data analytics in at least one function (actuarial, asset/investment, finance/accounting, or

management reporting). Proficiency in regulatory reporting like Solvency II; National Association of

Insurance Commissioners (NAIC) Reporting; International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) 17 etc.

covering key components like Actuarial Valuations; Investment Reporting; Policyholder Behavior Analysis

etc.

Technical Knowledge: Proficiency with financial reporting systems and tools - OneStream, Anaplan,

Workiva, SOVOS, Blackline and SAP BPC. At least one reporting tool - Tableau, SAP Webi/AO, Power BI and

General ledgers - SAP, Oracle, Workday
