Job Description: Licensing Coordinator
Medico Hub is seeking a Licensing Coordinator to join our team. The Licensing Coordinator will be responsible for managing the licensing process for healthcare professionals in our organization. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the licensing process for healthcare professionals, including physicians, nurses, and allied health professionals
- Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of licensure status for all healthcare professionals
- Communicate with healthcare professionals and regulatory agencies to resolve any licensing issues
- Provide support and guidance to healthcare professionals regarding licensing requirements
- Monitor and report on licensing trends and changes in regulations
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration or related field
- 2+ years of experience in healthcare licensing or related field
- Knowledge of state and federal regulations related to healthcare licensing
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
