Overview
THE ROLE Accounts Associate
This role is responsible for the timely renewal of all operating licenses and permits in assigned region. Includes research and resolution of licensing issues resulting from ServiceNow customer service, licensing authority, and other stakeholder inquiries.
ROLE REQUIREMENT:
- Timely and accurately prepare, file and pay city, county, and/or state operating license and permit renewals in assigned region. Ensure all licenses and permits are properly documented, archived, and provided to necessary stakeholders in a timely manner.
- Research and stay current on changes/updates to licensing laws and regulations for assigned region. Resolve licensing related issues and obstacles resulting from licensing jurisdiction notices, ServiceNow customer service cases, and/or inquiries from other stakeholders (operations, legal, etc.).
- Perform periodic reporting and related responsibilities tracking upcoming due dates, dependencies and other key workload metrics.
- Assist with licensing related special projects and implementation of process improvement initiates in alignment with Department and Company initiatives.

- Education: Commerce Graduate
- Years of Relevant Work Experience: 0-18 Months

Specific Knowledge And Skills
- Strong computer skills (Microsoft Tools, etc.)
- Solid written and verbal communication skills
- Individual must be well organized, reliable and action oriented
- Individual must be able to prioritize multiple tasks as well as time-sensitive deadlines
