o Develop and deliver comprehensive training curriculum and materials for nail technicians, covering techniques, sanitation practices, customer service, and product knowledge.
o Conduct hands-on training sessions, workshops, and demonstrations for nail technician students and professionals, both in-person and online.
o Provide personalized coaching and feedback to students to help them improve their skills, confidence, and professionalism.
o Collaborate with other trainers, educators, and industry experts to enhance the quality and relevance of nail technician training programs.
o Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to health, safety, and sanitation standards at all times.
o Conduct the sessions as per the specified course content and schedule
o Build Students Competency according to the levels required to fit in the industry
