We are seeking a passionate bibliophile to fill the role of Library Director. The ideal candidate will have a deep love for literature and a vision for creating a welcoming and enriching environment for both students and faculty. This individual will be responsible for curating a diverse collection of resources including books, audiobooks, movies, and digital materials.
Cultivate a vibrant and engaging library space that fosters a love of reading and lifelong learning
- Develop and implement innovative programs and events to promote literacy and digital literacy
Collaborate with teachers to support curriculum objectives and enhance classroom learning- Stay current with emerging trends and technologies in library science and education
Manage library staff and resources efficiently and effectively
- Promote a culture of inclusivity and diversity within the library community
Foster partnerships with local organizations and community groups to expand library services and resources
Bachelor's degree in any field, BMM preferred (B.Lib not mandatory)- Excellent command of the English language
Strong organizational and leadership skills
- Passion for literature and learning
Ability to work collaboratively with diverse groups- Experience in library management or related field preferred

Pay: 600,- 00 - 700,000.00 per year
