We are looking for Liaisoning Manager for Solar EPC Projects
Key Responsibilities
- Project Coordination:
- Serve as the primary point of contact between Rayzon Solar and government authorities, regulatory bodies, and other stakeholders.
- Ensure smooth communication and coordination between internal teams and external parties for industrial and ground-mount solar projects.
- Regulatory Compliance:
- Ensure compliance with all governmental regulations, standards, and policies related to solar EPC projects.
- Handle documentation and approvals required for project execution, including land acquisition, environmental clearances, and other statutory approvals.
- Relationship Management:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with local authorities, utility companies, and other relevant stakeholders.
- Address and resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during the project lifecycle.
- Documentation and Reporting:
- Prepare and submit necessary reports and documentation to regulatory bodies and internal management.
- Keep accurate records of all liaison activities and communications.
- Risk Management:
- Identify potential risks related to regulatory compliance and develop mitigation strategies.
- Stay updated on changes in regulations and ensure timely adaptation to new requirements.
- Support Project Execution:
- Assist in the planning and execution of industrial and ground-mount solar projects by providing necessary liaison support.
- Collaborate with the project management team to ensure timely and successful project delivery.
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in solar liaisoning, preferably in an EPC (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction) environment.
- Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and approval processes for solar projects.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficiency in MS Office and other relevant software tools.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with industrial and ground-mount solar projects.
- Familiarity with local and national solar policies and regulations.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
