Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Liaisoning Manager at Radha TMT in Hyderabad. The Liaisoning Manager will be responsible for establishing and maintaining effective communication between the company and external stakeholders, including government agencies, regulatory bodies, and local authorities. The role involves coordinating approvals, permits, and clearances for construction projects, ensuring compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements.
- Land Acquisition
- Coordination with Govt officials like MRO,GHMC,HMDA.
- Hands on experience in using Dharani Portal, Land registration and Land survey etc.
Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of government regulations and approval processes
- Experience in liaising with government agencies and regulatory bodies from Real Estate industry.
- Organizational and negotiation skills
- Previous experience in the construction industry is a plus
