2. Collect documents related to land surveys and revenue corrections.

3. RTC correction - identified by 2nd legal opinion.

4. Change of land use document & Property Conversion.

5. Application for 40 % site released for sale.

6. Communication Should be good in spoken and written kannada.

7. Willing to Travel across locations to collect and apply for documents.

8. Effective coordination with government officers follow up effectively.
