IMAD Travel Pvt Ltd is seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Travel Specialist to join our Leisure & Holidays Department. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for travel and a strong commitment to customer satisfaction. This role involves designing and selling leisure travel packages, providing exceptional service, and ensuring memorable experiences for our clients. Fluency in Arabic is preferred; however, candidates willing to complete a 3-month Arabic language course are also welcome to apply.

Responsibilities:

- Develop and customize travel itineraries for individual and group leisure travelers.

- Provide expert advice on destinations, attractions, and travel logistics.

- Coordinate with airlines, hotels, and other service providers to ensure seamless travel experiences.

- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of travel industry trends and emerging destinations.

- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or concerns professionally.

- Assist clients with travel documentation and visa processes as needed.

- Promote special offers and upsell additional services to enhance client experiences.

Requirements:

- 2-3 years of experience in the travel industry or a related field.

- Fluency in Arabic is preferred; willingness to complete a 3-month Arabic language course if not fluent.

- Strong communication skills with proficiency in English.

- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
