Job Title: Senior Legal Expert Tourism Sector Projects

Job Summary: We are seeking a seasoned Legal Expert with a minimum of 12 years of professional experience and a strong background in tourism sector projects. The ideal candidate will hold a master's degree in law and have worked as a legal expert on at least three master planning or Public-Private Partnership (PPP) projects within the tourism industry. This role involves providing legal counsel, managing contractual frameworks, and ensuring regulatory compliance for large-scale tourism projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Legal Advisory: Offer expert legal advice and support to project teams on all aspects of tourism-related master planning and PPP projects.
- Contract Management: Draft, review, and negotiate contracts and agreements, ensuring compliance with regulatory and contractual standards.
- Project Compliance: Oversee and ensure adherence to legal and regulatory requirements across all phases of project development and implementation.
- Stakeholder Coordination: Liaise with government authorities, private sector partners, and other stakeholders to support legal aspects of project planning and execution.
- Risk Mitigation: Identify and mitigate legal risks associated with tourism infrastructure projects and development initiatives.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Education: Master's degree in law.
- Experience: Minimum 12 years of legal experience, including at least three projects in master planning or PPP within the tourism sector.
- Skills: Strong expertise in contract law, regulatory compliance, and stakeholder management within tourism infrastructure and PPP frameworks.
