Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role as a Legal Researcher at CLIPL located in New Delhi. As a Legal Researcher, your main responsibilities will include conducting legal research, analyzing and interpreting laws, regulations, and case law, preparing legal documents and briefs, and providing support to attorneys and legal teams. You will also be involved in conducting legal analysis, drafting legal opinions and memoranda, and maintaining a database of legal information.
Qualifications
- An LL.B. degree from an accredited university
- Strong research and analytical skills
- Knowledge of legal principles, procedures, and terminology
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Attention to detail and ability to work independently
- Proficiency in using legal research tools and databases
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Experience in legal writing and document management
- Knowledge of Indian laws and legal system
- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred
