Responsibilities

• Draft and review legal documents, including contracts, agreements, and policies
• Provide legal advice to internal teams on a variety of legal issues
• Manage legal disputes and litigation matters
• Liaise with external counsel as necessary
• Stay up-to-date with changes in laws and regulations that affect the company

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Law from a recognized university
• 3-6 years of experience in a similar role in the Indian job market context
• Strong knowledge of Indian laws and regulations
• Excellent drafting and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Experience in managing legal disputes and litigation matters
• Familiarity with legal software and tools
