Description
We are looking for a Legal Representative with 2-6 years of experience to join our team. The successful candidate will work from home and be responsible for providing legal support and advice to the organization. The role requires excellent communication and analytical skills, as well as a thorough understanding of Indian laws and regulations. This is a permanent position, and work-from-home arrangements are welcome.
Responsibilities
- Provide legal advice and support to the organization on a wide range of legal issues
- Draft and review legal documents, including contracts, agreements, and policies
- Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations
- Represent the organization in legal proceedings, including arbitration, mediation, and litigation
- Conduct legal research to stay up-to-date with changes in laws and regulations
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure legal compliance and minimize risk
- Assist in the development and implementation of legal strategies
- Manage relationships with external legal counsel
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Law from a recognized university
- 2-6 years of experience in a legal role, preferably in a corporate environment
- Excellent knowledge of Indian laws and regulations
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks and priorities
- Experience in drafting and reviewing legal documents
- Experience in representing organizations in legal proceedings
- Experience in managing relationships with external legal counsel
- Proficiency in MS Office and legal research databases
