Description
We are seeking a Legal Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 2-6 years of experience in the Indian job market, with a strong background in legal matters. This is a permanent, work from home position. This is a permanent position, and work-from-home arrangements are welcome.
Responsibilities
- Provide legal advice and guidance on various matters, including contracts, labor laws, and regulatory compliance
- Draft and review legal documents and agreements
- Manage litigation and disputes, including liaising with external legal counsel
- Stay up-to-date with legal developments and changes in laws and regulations
- Provide legal support to other departments, such as HR and finance
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Law from a recognized university
- 2-6 years of relevant experience in the Indian job market
- Sound knowledge of Indian laws and regulations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks and priorities
- Experience in drafting and reviewing legal documents and agreements
- Experience in managing litigation and disputes
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software
