Description

We are looking for a Legal Representative to provide legal support and advice to our team. The Legal Representative will be responsible for ensuring compliance with all legal requirements and regulations. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of Indian laws and regulations, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently. This is a permanent position, and work-from-home arrangements are welcome.

Responsibilities

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Law
• 2-6 years of experience in a similar role
• Strong understanding of Indian laws and regulations
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to work independently
• Experience in drafting and reviewing legal documents
• Experience in negotiating contracts and agreements
• Experience in representing companies in legal proceedings
• Ability to research and analyze legal issues
• Experience in advising on intellectual property issues
