Legal Representative (Permanent - Work from Home)

Description

We are looking for a Legal Representative with 2-6 years of experience to join our team. The role will be a permanent work from home position. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing legal advice, drafting and reviewing contracts and agreements, and handling legal disputes. The candidate must have a strong understanding of Indian laws and regulations, as well as excellent communication and negotiation skills. This is a permanent position, and work-from-home arrangements are welcome.

Responsibilities

• Provide legal advice to the company on various matters
• Draft and review contracts and agreements

Skills and Qualifications

• 2-6 years of experience as a Legal Representative or similar role
• Bachelor's degree in Law or related field
• Excellent knowledge of Indian laws and regulations
• Strong negotiation and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and remotely
• Experience in drafting and reviewing contracts and agreements
• Experience in handling legal disputes and litigation
• Ability to develop and implement legal strategies
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
