Legal Representative (Permanent - Work from Home)

Description

We are looking for a Legal Representative to join our team. The Legal Representative will be responsible for providing legal advice and support to our clients, drafting legal documents, and representing clients in legal proceedings. This is a work from home position, with occasional travel to client sites. The ideal candidate should have 2-6 years of experience in the Indian job market context. This is a permanent position, and work-from-home arrangements are welcome.

Responsibilities

• Provide legal advice and support to clients
• Draft legal documents, including contracts, agreements, and legal opinions
• Represent clients in legal proceedings, including court appearances and negotiations
• Research legal issues and provide analysis to clients
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all legal matters
• Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Law from a recognized university
• 2-6 years of experience in a legal role in the Indian job market context
• Strong knowledge of Indian laws and regulations
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and legal research tools
• Experience in drafting legal documents and representing clients in legal proceedings
