Legal Representative (Permanent - Work from Home)

Description

We are seeking a highly motivated Legal Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate should have 2-6 years of experience working in the job market context of India. This is a permanent work from home position that requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently. This is a permanent position, and work-from-home arrangements are welcome.

Responsibilities

• Provide legal advice and support to clients on a range of legal issues
• Draft, review and negotiate legal documents including contracts, agreements, and other legal documents
• Conduct legal research and provide legal opinions on various matters
• Represent clients in legal proceedings and negotiations
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date legal records and documentation

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Law from a recognized university
• 2-6 years of experience working as a Legal Representative in the job market context of India
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize workload
• Experience with legal research and drafting legal documents
• Familiarity with Indian legal system and regulations
