Description
We are seeking a Legal Representative to join our team. This is a permanent work-from-home position that requires 2-6 years of experience in the job market context of India. Responsibilities
- Provide legal advice and guidance on a variety of matters, including contracts, labor laws, and regulatory compliance
- Draft and review legal documents, including contracts, agreements, and policies
- Conduct legal research and analysis to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations
- Manage legal disputes and litigation, including working with external counsel
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including HR, Finance, and Operations, to ensure legal compliance and mitigate risk
- Stay up-to-date with changes in laws and regulations that may impact the organization
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in law from a reputable institution
- 2-6 years of experience in a legal role in the job market context of India
- Strong understanding of Indian laws and regulations
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience working with cross-functional teams
