We are seeking an experienced Legal Representative to join our team. As a Legal Representative, you will be responsible for providing legal advice and representation to our clients. This is a permanent work from home position that requires 2-6 years of experience in the Indian job market context. This is a permanent position, and work-from-home arrangements are welcome.

Responsibilities

• Provide legal advice and representation to clients
• Prepare and review legal documents, including contracts and agreements
• Research and analyze legal issues
• Attend court hearings and other legal proceedings
• Negotiate on behalf of clients
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions and cases
• Stay up-to-date with changes in the law and legal developments

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Law from a recognized university
• 2-6 years of experience in the Indian job market context
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
• Strong research and analytical skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
• Experience in drafting legal documents and contracts
• Familiarity with Indian laws and regulations
• Ability to work effectively in a remote work environment
