Description
We are seeking a highly motivated Legal Representative with 2-6 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing legal advice, drafting legal documents, and representing our clients in legal proceedings. This is a permanent position, and work-from-home arrangements are welcome.
Responsibilities
- Provide legal advice and guidance to clients
- Draft and review legal documents, including contracts, agreements, and policies
- Represent clients in court proceedings, arbitrations, and mediations
- Research and analyze legal issues and provide recommendations
- Negotiate on behalf of clients
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client files and case management systems
- Stay up-to-date with changes in the legal landscape and provide relevant updates to clients
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Law
- 2-6 years of experience in a similar role
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent time management skills and ability to meet deadlines
- Sound knowledge of Indian legal system, regulations, and procedures
- Experience in drafting legal documents and providing legal advice
- Familiarity with court proceedings, arbitrations, and mediations
- High level of confidentiality and attention to detail
