Legal Representative (Permanent - Work from Home)

Description

We are seeking a Legal Representative with 2-6 years of experience to join our team. This is a permanent work from home position, and the candidate will be responsible for handling legal matters related to our business operations in India. This is a permanent position, and work-from-home arrangements are welcome.

Responsibilities

• Provide legal advice and guidance to the organization on various legal matters
• Draft and review contracts and agreements
• Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
• Manage litigation and other legal disputes
• Coordinate with external legal counsel as needed
• Provide legal support for corporate transactions and initiatives

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Law
• 2-6 years of relevant experience in a law firm or corporate legal department
• Excellent knowledge of Indian laws and regulations
• Strong drafting and negotiation skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience with corporate transactions and initiatives is a plus
