We are seeking a highly skilled Legal Representative to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing legal advice and support to our organization, ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations in India. This is a permanent position, and work-from-home arrangements are welcome.

Responsibilities

• Providing legal advice and support to the organization
• Ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations in India
• Drafting and reviewing legal documents, including contracts and agreements
• Representing the organization in legal proceedings
• Assisting with the development and implementation of policies and procedures to ensure legal compliance

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Law
• 3-8 years of experience working in a legal role in India
• Excellent knowledge of Indian laws and regulations
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Good time-management and organizational skills
• Experience in drafting and reviewing legal documents
• Experience in representing organizations in legal proceedings
