Legal Representative

Description

We are looking for a Legal Representative with 2-6 years of experience to join our team. The successful candidate will have a strong background in legal research and analysis, contract drafting and negotiation, and litigation. The Legal Representative will be responsible for providing legal advice and support to the organization and its clients. This is a permanent position, and work-from-home arrangements are welcome.

Responsibilities

• Conduct legal research and analysis on various legal issues
• Draft and review contracts and other legal documents
• Negotiate and draft legal agreements with clients and vendors
• Represent the organization in court and other legal proceedings
• Provide legal advice to the organization and its clients
• Ensure compliance with legal requirements and regulations
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of legal matters

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in law
• 2-6 years of experience in a law firm or in-house legal department
• Strong knowledge of Indian laws and regulations
• Excellent research and analytical skills
• Ability to draft and negotiate contracts and other legal documents
• Experience in litigation and dispute resolution
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks
