Legal Representative

Description

We are seeking a Legal Representative with 2-6 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing legal advice and support to our company on a range of legal issues. This is a permanent position, and work-from-home arrangements are welcome.

Responsibilities

• Provide legal advice and support to the company on a range of legal issues, including contracts, employment law, and regulatory compliance
• Draft and review legal documents, including contracts, agreements, and policies
• Represent the company in legal proceedings, including negotiations, mediations, and court hearings
• Conduct legal research and analysis to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations
• Advise the company on legal risks and potential liabilities
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure legal compliance and minimize risk

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in law from a recognized university
• 2-6 years of experience in a legal role, preferably in a corporate setting
• In-depth knowledge of Indian laws and regulations, including contract law, employment law, and regulatory compliance
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Experience in drafting and reviewing legal documents, including contracts, agreements, and policies
• Experience in representing clients in legal proceedings, including negotiations, mediations, and court hearings
• Membership in a state bar association is preferred
