- Have the overall responsibility to oversee all Legal & Recovery matters for West Region Tamil Nadu
- Should have the ability to initiate SARFISE / DRT filing for high volume cases.
- Should be well versed with the process of legal recovery of SME /Retail accounts
- Should be independently involve in court proceedings and attend hearing
- The resolution activity envisaged formulation of strategies for recovery through NCLT process, restructuring of debt, Sale of Assets under Sarfaesi and DRT etc.
- Ability to deliver under pressure.
- Ability to get along with people.
- Ability to recognise common goals of a company and co-ordinate with other divisions/departments to achieve them.
