Create and maintain advanced reports and dashboards using PowerBI to provide insights and analytics to the legal team and senior management.
Identify and implement opportunities for simplification and automation of legal processes and workflows using Power Apps and Power Automate.Manage and optimize various legal operations processes such as BAU management of DocuSign CLM, User Access Management, updating of knowledge articles and other similar activities.
Manage a central support mailbox and work with multiple stakeholders across the globe, including internal and external legal counsel, vendors, procurement and other business users and support them on any issues related to DocuSign CLM.
Support the BAU maintenance of technology tools used by the legal team, such as SharePoint and DocuSign CLM.
Work with vendors in resolving complex technical issues.
Stay updated on the latest trends and best practices in legal operations and technology.
Job Requirements
Bachelors degree in business, law or technology
A minimum of 3 years of experience in legal operations or similar role.
Proficient in Advanced Excel and PowerBI, with strong data analysis and visualization skills.
Experience in building automation through Power Apps and Power Automate.
Excellent communication, collaboration, and project management skills.
Process oriented, detail oriented, and problem-solving mindset.
Passion for technology and keen interest in simplification, AI and automation.
Preferable:
Experience in SharePoint and DocuSign CLM.
Familiar with Lean Six Sigma and Agile methodologies.
